Registration begins at 7:45 a.m.
Race and walk begins at 8:30 a.m.
Racing participants must be at least 13 years old
Younger children may accompany parents on the race course if the children are confined to a wagon or stroller.

About the course:
ASTF course certification #MD10010JS.
The course is a scenic, paved trail that was formerly a railroad track and has since been converted in a walking, running, and biking trail. It is approximately as wide as a single-lane road and is fairly flat throughout. The course is not open to vehicular traffic and does not cross any roads.
